Obstacle Courses are a fun way to build your child's strength, balance and co-ordination. This will help your child to join in with their friends, in P.E. and sports once the restrictions are lifted.
Make up an indoor obstacle course using things from around your home. Encourage your child to go over, under, through and around the obstacles.
Make use of your outdoor exercise time. In this video you can see that we have used the same space but started off with the easiest way of moving around the obstacles and then made it more difficult.
